Boosting Green and Technology
Already announced: Obama is planning to put $30 billion into technology, and $6B of that into boosting wireless networks. Also, he's encouraging federal institutions to become more energy efficient. I'll say that's creating a number of opportunities for entrepreneurs to jump on.
