Book Recommendation: Founders at Work by Jessica Livingston

Founders at Work, by Jessica Livingston, is one of my absolute favorite books about ventures and what I call "intrapreneurship," or the formation of a company or product within a pre-existing company. The book features premiere companies and services such as Gmail, 37 Signals and Paypal, offering valuable insight coupled with humorous oddities about how it all got started.

Jessica Livingston, if you don't already know, is a founding partner at Y-Combinator and the principal organizer of Startup School.
