Italy is a popular tourist destination for people around the world. The weather in many areas is generally mild all year round, but you can find snowy peaks, sunny beaches, and warm areas no matter what kind of holiday you are looking for. Italy has a rich history, from Tuscany, to Rome, and even the Vatican. You can easily find an enormous amount of information about tourist attractions just about anywhere on the internet.
We could go on all day about the reasons to go to Italy for your holiday, but as the name suggests this is about Italy Villas. What are they? A villa is basically a regular home that may be owned by someone, or by a rental agency. They are just like your home, they have bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, etc. They can also have great scenery around them. Maybe they have views of the Mediterranean sea, The Italian Alps, or even the Colosseum. It really depends on where the villa is located. You can rent a villa with more amenities than you would find at home, hot tub, pool, gardens, again, it depends on what you’re looking for. Let’s first look at the many advantages of renting Italy villas.
Renting a villa can save you a ton of money. Let’s face it, traveling to Italy can be a once in a lifetime experience. Many people are on a tight budget, and most of the money you are going to be spending on your holiday is going to be for food and lodging. Renting a hotel can be extremely expensive, especially during the peak season. A hotel room can cost hundreds of dollars a night, more if you are traveling with your family or a group of friends. You are all cramped into one or two rooms, fight for the bathroom in the morning, and no privacy. If you decide to get a room that has a kitchenette, you are going to be spending even more money. If you don’t then you are also going to be spending a lot of money on food. Even if the hotel offers a complimentary breakfast, what about lunch and dinner?
Italy villas offer many things that a hotel doesn’t. You are going to be spending much less money, because a villa rents by the weekend, week, or even a month. What you would normally spend on two days in a hotel you may be able to get a villa for a week. They have full kitchens, stocked with all the cooking and eating utensils, all you have to do is supply groceries. What better way to experience the culture of italy than shopping at local markets? You have space to spread out, with private bedrooms that allow privacy, multiple bathroom options, and all the amenities of home. You have your own parking, which you’ll almost never find at a hotel. Renting a villa allows you to be able to save your money for better things, like seeing the local sites, taking in the shopping and the culture of the area you are visiting.
Location is another factor. Villas offer some of the most unique locations. You could be just blocks away from major attractions, or out in the countryside where there wouldn’t be a hotel. You also have a much more relaxed atmosphere in a villa, rather than rushing to get in and out of a hotel room. These are just some of the many advantages of renting Italy villas.
Okay now that you know the advantages, you need to be able to find the villa that’s right for you. There are a lot of different websites available for rentals. It is important to plan ahead, if you are planning on vacationing in the summer, you are going to need to book your villa well in advance. You also need to shop around for the best prices. While you may find a villa close to top attractions, just a few blocks away you may find one much cheaper.
