As the stereotype goes, college students only care about drinking, sex, and their grades (sometimes in that order). Especially for the more A-type socialites, the weekends were especially built for miller time and a healthy interest in the opposite sex. Since the 1980s, businesses have taken quite a liking to the college niche, but few companies have entertained them so well as Comedy Central and MTV. However, as the Internet world expanded, and more college students stepped away from the boob tube, many expect the world of YouTube, Myspace, and others to fill their entertainment needs. To recapture what college students really care about, entrepreneurial college students stepped in to satiate their fellow peers. Appealing to a dual desire to see scantily clad women and to judge them on their hotness, College Mansion was started up.
College Mansion, a possible play on words to the Playboy Mansion, is raising some eyebrows. The basic premise behind CollegeMansion is to find and display the hottest ladies on campus. It was started by two college graduates, Brian Novitsky and David Luber, who in 2006 also started the successful CollegeSlogans.com. Understanding the male mind well, Novitsky and Luber created a visual treat of sorts for all those with the opposite sex in mind.
